 Buyer's Contract

   Health
   To the best of our knowledge, we guarantee that we are selling you a healthy hedgehog
   that is believed to be congenitally free from hereditary disease until 12 weeks of age.
   Buyer has three days from the date purchased to have the hedgehog examined by licensed
   vet (the vet must have prior experience w/ hedgehogs and qualified to examine exotic pets),
   if the vet finds any health condition, the buyer can return the hedgehog to us within 3
   days accompanied by a letter from the vet stating any health conditions found. At that time
   we will exchange for an available hedgehog now or later. If the hedgehog were to pass on
   within 4 months from the date of birth, we will gladly replace it if we are given a necropsy
   report by a licensed & qualified vet, the report must state the nature of the problem as
   something the animal had been predisposed to while in our care (congenital disease,
   illness, or birth defect). This does NOT include accidents, negligence, or any treatable or
   communicable illness/disease, improper diet, etc. If the buyer decides to change the brands
   of food that the hedgehog was raised on at Prickly Creek Exotics, this health guarantee is
   null and void. We strongly recommend maintaining the same diet that we provide our
   hedgehogs to ensure proper diet and health. We recommend feeding a 50/50 mixture of
   PCE's age appropriate blend mixed with Old Mill Kibble.

   Refunds/Exchanges
   We believe that when you purchase an animal as a pet, you are making a commitment
   towards the animal and this should be taken seriously. This is why we do not offer refunds.
   However, within 7 days of the date of purchase, you believe that this hedgehog is not
   acceptable, we will gladly exchange it with one that is available now or later. If at any time
   you are no longer able to care for your hedgehog, for what ever reason, we will accept the
   hedgehog back and will care for it ourselves, or find another suitable home for it. We can
   not offer any financial compensation for this service. Under NO circumstances is the buyer
   allowed to turn their hedgehog in to any sort of rescue, shelter, or adoption group. If for
   what ever purpose you need to surrender your hedgehog, the buyer must offer the
   hedgehog back to the owners of Prickly Creek Exotics first and foremost. If the owners of
   Prickly Creek Exotics agrees for the buyer to turn this hedgehog over to someone other than
   Prickly Creek Exotics- the no breeding contract is still enforced, and this contract must
   accompany the hedgehog at the time ownership is turned over, you must at provide us with
   the new owners contact information. Buyer is not permitted to purchase a hedgehog from
   Prickly Creek Exotics for retail purposes.

   Breeding-
   Has no permission for breeding this animal, this is a pet only hedgehog.

   This contract is a legal and binding contract, if buyer signs and fails to comply, Prickly
   Creek Exotics has all rights to confiscate the hedgehog. The contract is still legal and
   binding if ownership is transferred from this buyer to a new owner.

*Note- our buyer's contract was revised on October 14th, 2004. The terms are still legal and binding to the contract you signed prior to this contract. This new contract is legal and binding to anyone who signs this contract from this date forward when purchasing a hedgehog from us.

*This contract offers no breeding rights to any person. We do offer a breeding rights contract to qualified individuals.
